The Most Powerful Inspirational Quotes For Your BIGGER Life! An Empowering VIDEO!

What’s The Most Powerful Life Changing Inspirational Quotes
Of Your Life?

We all have an inspirational quote, a motivational quotation, an enlightening verse, a short simple powerful passage that is either life defining or even life changing to us.  I always believe that these words or phrases have is a life form by itself. They comes with Power, whether they are from an “inspiring persona” from our past, or someone who know in person.

If there is ONE inspirational quote or passage for me to choose, one that had made and define who am I now and also who I am going to be, it will be none other than a master piece I read from the international best seller[The Alchemist- A Fable About Following Your Dream] by one of my favorite Brazilian authors of all time Paulo Coelho.

The verse appears when the main character of the story, a shepherd boy, during his search for a hidden treasure. The boy met a mysterious old man who told him:

Inspirational-quotes-life -changing

“There is one great truth on this planet: whoever you are, or whatever it is that you do, when you really want something, it’s because that desire originated in the soul of the universe. It’s your mission on earth…to realize one’s destiny is a person’s only real obligation. All things are one. And, when you want something, the entire universe conspires in helping you to achieve it. “

I read the above during my 28th Birthday in a quiet little bar near the office I worked in  Taipei, a place I used to spend my time alone reading and contemplating on my thoughts and ideas. That evening…

I Decided To Pursue My Dream!

Before that day, I only believe in following “the system” of what the society taught us, that we should be” Realistic and Rational” at the same time and thinking out of the box is simply impractical. But that day, that passage opened my heart and mind….

Even though I didn’t know what that dream was during that time, that message had ENGRAVED into my heart since then.

What about you? What’s that one inspirational quote, enlightening verse or powerful passage that had opened your mind, change your life or gave you a whole new perspective altogether?

Share your story with me. Tell me Who,When and How it had inspired  you and gave you a whole new perspective of your life. It can be as short and as long as you like. If you want to, you can even embed your YoutTube response here.

Have fun.

Cheers

  • Hi Jason,

Very thoughtful post! Thank you for sharing that story with us and the inspirational quote. There are so many quotes that I like but one favorite one is:

“Be the change you want to see in the world.” – Mahatma Gandhi

Oftentimes we look to others to change but it us that need to change and once we do this then the world will be a better place.

Take care Jason and talk soon!

      Hello Anna,
You have the same favorite quote as Kathy Dobson.

This quote about CHANGE from Gandhi is not only powerful but important in our time now.

Thanks for sharing. And the your Golden Nuggets book is really a good read. :)

      Cheers

P/S:The E-course membership that I had been taking about for months is all about that—CHANGE.

  • Howdy Partner,

    Excellent post, Jason.

I love the fact that the folks we hang out with have the gumption to come up with their own sentimental mottoes.

Most folks don’t realize that just thinking & remembering thoughts alters our biological DNA, veritably building our brains neuron by neuron as we “imagine”.

Having been previously infected with some of mister smarty pants motto inventor Randy Smith’s thoughts, I too came up with a phrase to motivate myself onward and forward.

Here ’tis: So much good can come from bad that it is easily unimaginable.

Now, is that a shadow or am I about to be taken out by a big rock?

Buddy, I am so very happy to be crossing the world wide wilderness with you and will ride shotgun on your wagon anytime.

    Have a grand day, Jason.

Look Who’s Here!! Is Barry Williams— The Witty Writing aMUSEr!

And you did it again! Made my thoughts fly in 8 different directions with the quote you shared here…

So much good can come from bad that it is easily unimaginable.

Is like a Zen Riddle that I need to ponder quite a bit, my friend.

Is a pleasure to have you here, Barry.
      Thanks again.

  • You’ve made me realise something Jason, I haven’t got an inspirational quote. :-(

I HAVE got a book that has inspired my business life; “The Lazy Man’s Way to Riches” by Joe Karbo.

However, I’m a runner and agree with Steve’s comment. I have never liked the British attitude to sport of “It’s the taking part that matters, not winning”.

So my favourite quote is American (I think), “Show me a good loser, and I’ll show you a loser.”

    John

PS. I have never heard that “second place is still first loser” Steve, but I will use it. 8)

      Hey John,

Wow. What you mean is that you have a Book Of Inspirational Quotes instead.
Glad you found another one to add here. :)

Show me a good winner, and I ‘ll show you a Great One.

      Cheers

Good Luck with the challenge Jason!

I glad you like it. Good luck to you too.
May your dream be realized and soar high like the Blue Angels. :)

  • Hi Jason

I used to be quite sporty in my younger days and highly competitive…

I used to run the 400 metres, reasonably well, and when I hit the 300m bend and the pain used to kick in my coach would always yell

    - ‘second place is still first loser’ – or ‘come on Steve, we don’t do losing’..both of which have stayed with me since that time.

I live in the UK where the general population seem to love the guy who doesn’t ‘quite’ make it…which drives me nuts :)

I enjoyed reading your post and the comments you have received.

    Take it easy
    cheers
    Steve

      Hi Steve,

      Thanks for your comment.
It drives everybody nuts especially when the team or player have every potential, skills and potential to win but didn’t because they gave it up before the whole thing end.

I am talking about soccer here. :)

Your quote is one important one that even me MUST keep in mind, whether we are talking about 400 meters sprint, a 3 km jog, or a 24km road match sticking to that “last mile” is really what make the difference.

      Thanks.
