The Most Powerful Inspirational Quotes For Your BIGGER Life! An Empowering VIDEO!

What’s The Most Powerful Life Changing Inspirational Quotes
Of Your Life?

We all have an inspirational quote, a motivational quotation, an enlightening verse, a short simple powerful passage that is either life defining or even life changing to us.  I always believe that these words or phrases have is a life form by itself. They comes with Power, whether they are from an “inspiring persona” from our past, or someone who know in person.

If there is ONE inspirational quote or passage for me to choose, one that had made and define who am I now and also who I am going to be, it will be none other than a master piece I read from the international best seller[The Alchemist- A Fable About Following Your Dream] by one of my favorite Brazilian authors of all time Paulo Coelho.

The verse appears when the main character of the story, a shepherd boy, during his search for a hidden treasure. The boy met a mysterious old man who told him:

Inspirational-quotes-life -changing

“There is one great truth on this planet: whoever you are, or whatever it is that you do, when you really want something, it’s because that desire originated in the soul of the universe. It’s your mission on earth…to realize one’s destiny is a person’s only real obligation. All things are one. And, when you want something, the entire universe conspires in helping you to achieve it. “

I read the above during my 28th Birthday in a quiet little bar near the office I worked in  Taipei, a place I used to spend my time alone reading and contemplating on my thoughts and ideas. That evening…

I Decided To Pursue My Dream!

Before that day, I only believe in following “the system” of what the society taught us, that we should be” Realistic and Rational” at the same time and thinking out of the box is simply impractical. But that day, that passage opened my heart and mind….

Even though I didn’t know what that dream was during that time, that message had ENGRAVED into my heart since then.

What about you? What’s that one inspirational quote, enlightening verse or powerful passage that had opened your mind, change your life or gave you a whole new perspective altogether?

Share your story with me. Tell me Who,When and How it had inspired  you and gave you a whole new perspective of your life. It can be as short and as long as you like. If you want to, you can even embed your YoutTube response here.

Have fun.

  • Hi Jason….
Loved the post. I have so many of these “gentle reminders” around my house. They are there to “remind” me to stay in the right frame of mind…and to remind me that I must be constantly aware of where my head is…

Two favorites that have had an impact are:

Gandhi…”You must be the change you want to see in the world”
“that to which you give your attention expands”…

My very favorite saying and one I wear on a bracelet to remind myself is:

“…to thine own self be true.”
Reminds me to be authentic and stay within my integrity…

    Hi Kathy,

Thank you for sharing some of your “Gentle Reminders” here.I like your quote from Gandhi about CHANGE.The quotes seems to echo to what’s in my heart for a while now.

Why? Because I am about to launch an E-course soon.

    The E-course is about CHANGE

I want to give you something special to add to your “Gentle Reminder” list if you can accept… the meaning and origin of your name Kathy.

Origin of name: From Greek, Variations of the Name Katherine
Meaning of name: Pure, Clean, Chaste

Bible Verse to anoint your name with:

“And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright,
for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.” – Revelation 19:8

Perhaps you can use the info to DIY a key chain, a postcard or even a poster. Hope you like it :)

  • Jason, my favourite at the moment is

“You don’t get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate”

It does sound very harsh in some circumstances but it can also be very inspirational when you stop and consider what really is possible with a little bit of negotiation.

For example, you will recall the matter where a paperclip was swapped all the way up to a house. Did he deserve a house? Probably not. Did he negotiate using a novel technique? You bet.

Try it in your own tough circumstances next time you have the opportunity and see where it takes you.

    HI Michael,
    Thanks for your insightful quote.
No Truth Is Too Harsh For The Soul To Swallow! My Friend

To me, negotiation is really another “Higher Art Form” of communication.
A truly genius negotiator are someone who can either create more value, make peace, or simply provide an “loose nothing exit window” for all parties involved.

Can anyone believe it? I just conceived the above new thoughts right now, right here from the direct inspirations from Micheal’s quote.

WOW! This is Really Exciting! Thanks Michael!
